E-mail Versus Paper Communication

E-mail refers to electronic communication with speed and broadcasting ability. On the other hand paper communication is letter format communication without speed chances of clarification immediately and broadcasting ability.

E-mail uses has been steadily increasing worldwide because: -
*E-mail is faster than letter
*Easier to send than a fax
*Lower cost than paper communication
*Less interfering that other means like phone calls
*Variation in location and timezone are not barriers to e-mail.

Though E-mail is loosely structured like conversation without emphasis on appropriate words but it has ability to reach the receiver quickly and clarify the queries or doubts.
