Why I Decided To Go On Jogging

Jogging is the most beneficial form of exercise in which one has to run slowly with short pace . It not merely helpful in maintaining good health but helps to Shed-extra-pounds and keep respiratory system work properly.
As I had become addicted to heavy drinking then it results in deterioration of health. I had also facing respiratory problem for last few months. Even aloe-Vera of a branded and reputed company couldn't help me to get relief.
Finally I took firm decision to go on jogging. One week ago I started jogging in the park and hardly could complete 2-3 rounds for 5 days. But gradually I have been completing ten plus rounds. For last three days I have not been facing the respiratory-problem at all.
Pineapple juice just after jogging has also helped me to detoxify my lungs to breathe in Oxygen better. It is really miraculous gift of nature to us.
