Learning Process Is Important Than Term End Examination

Learning is not merely an event, it is a long process which is sometimes interesting or exciting and sometimes very boring. In the age of competition everybody intends to be topper. It terribly kills the interest. So the term end result affects students adversely.

Undoubtedly real education, the process of learning is different from acquiring information about persons, dates or procedures. The basic educational system aims at stuffing the little learners mind with the fact and figures. But misfortunately such information has no importance or use in real life. Learning to get perfection in the area of interest helps to be successful.

The different steps of the learning process are followings. Firstly let the child do things himself. Secondly learning must be associated with reality. Thirdly it should not be boring and compulsory. Finally students should have freedom to learn freely.
